For 25 years, Stuart has provided strategic and day-to-day advice to private and public sector clients across a range of industries, particularly in higher education.
He has advised and appeared in most of the significant higher education cases over that time including challenges to extend the general staff classification structures, previous casuals claims, the making of the higher education awards, recent award reviews and applications to terminate industrial action.
His experience in the sector and demonstrated expertise in higher education, employment litigation, occupational health & safety matters and development and implementation of compliance programs makes him ideally placed to deliver a round-up of some of the critical developments in University IR and employment cases over the last 12 months.
